How do I get access to Accumail?

  • GP practices without access to Accumail:

To get started with Accumail, contact our friendly user support specialists via email or chat below and ask for Accumail to be switched on for your practice. We’d also recommend signing up to a short, personal onboarding call to learn how to use and get the most out of Accumail. Click here to sign up to an onboarding call.

Is Accumail secure?

Yes! Accurx is an approved NHS Digital supplier. Accumail is compliant with the NHS Secure Email Standard (DCB 1596) published by NHS Digital. We have followed the secure email accreditation process to ensure patient sensitive and confidential information is kept secure.

Messages in Accumail are sent via NHSmail, which means that messages to nhs.net and other NHS-accredited addresses are end-to-end encrypted.
